Crews Respond To Fire At Fertilizer Plant

Near Colton, SD When the massive explosion ripped through a Texas fertilizer plant in 2013, it leveled part of the small town of West, TX. The blast destroyed hundreds of buildings including schools, a nursing home and an apartment complex. 15 people were killed. 12 of them were first responders who had rushed to the scene. © 2017 KELOLAND TV.
